Pork and Apple meatloaf

This evenings dinner was Pork and Apple meatloaf, served with a carrot and apple salad, decorated with walnuts.
This meatloaf was cooked in our halogen oven which we love to use because we don’t pay electric bills. Our energy today was supplied by the sun via our photovoltaic panels – thanks sun.
I hope to post the meatloaf recipe another day however it is now time for me to disconnect from the computer and phone. I’ve spent enough time today playing with the Internet.
